Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and 444ok ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 444ok.bio, including all content, features, services, sports betting markets, casino games, and any related mobile or web applications operated by 444ok. By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager on the 444ok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Eligibility

To register and maintain a 444ok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions. 444ok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using the 444ok platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of third parties, businesses, or legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 444ok or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or otherwise restricted from using gambling platforms under any applicable framework.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

444ok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until the verification process is completed.

Account Registration and Security

Each member may hold only one active 444ok account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 444ok detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 444ok support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must log out of your 444ok account on any shared or public device after each session to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• 444ok will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• You must use a strong and unique password for your 444ok account. 444ok recommends a password of at least twelve characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

444ok may, at its sole discretion, temporarily lock an account where unusual login patterns, suspected unauthorised access, or potential security issues are detected. In such cases, the account holder will be contacted via their registered mobile number to verify their identity before the account is unlocked.

Deposits and Withdrawals

444ok processes all financial transactions using Bangladesh-native payment channels. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though 444ok reserves the right to apply transaction limits for risk-management purposes.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the member's 444ok balance instantly upon confirmation of payment from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard verification review. 444ok aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity.

444ok does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own service fees in accordance with their own terms and conditions. 444ok is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers. Any currency conversion fees, if applicable, are also the member's own responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

444ok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available only to members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms. 444ok reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds may be used across eligible games and betting markets as specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain game types (e.g. live casino tables, specific jackpot slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
• 444ok reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings derived from bonus play where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms is found.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 444ok platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, the member confirms that they have read and accepted these rules in full:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. All confirmed bets are final. 444ok does not accept liability for bets placed in error by the member.
• 444ok reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the real-time odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system. 444ok is not responsible for connectivity or latency issues on the member's device or network that may result in bets being placed at odds other than those intended by the member.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or settlement, the member must contact 444ok support within 30 days of the event date. 444ok's decision on disputed bet settlements is final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) operated by the game studio providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Spribe). 444ok does not control or influence game outcomes. Published RTP figures reflect the theoretical return programmed by the provider.

444ok reserves the right to suspend betting markets or casino games at any time for operational, regulatory, or technical reasons. Stakes on suspended markets will be returned to members' accounts. 444ok will not be liable for any losses arising from market suspension, game interruption, or technical unavailability of the platform.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444ok platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other members or 444ok.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing withdrawal limits, evading a self-exclusion, or any other purpose.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. 444ok reserves the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other members to fix bet outcomes, coordinate wagering strategies to exploit promotional terms, or engage in any other form of syndicate or coordinated betting abuse.

Account Suspension and Termination

444ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, accounts may be suspended or closed in the following circumstances:

• Where the member has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus terms.
• Where 444ok is required to suspend or close the account by law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where the member has requested account closure voluntarily, including via the self-exclusion tool. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 444ok platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of 444ok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the 444ok platform without express written permission from 444ok.

The 444ok name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 444ok. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use the 444ok trademark, logo, or brand assets without the express written consent of 444ok.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444ok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 444ok platform, even if 444ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 444ok's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444ok makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 444ok does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform, including odds, scores, statistics, and game information. Members use the platform at their own risk.

Changes to These Terms

444ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 444ok will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable standards, 444ok may also notify registered members of significant changes via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the 444ok platform after any revised Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting 444ok support.
